Steven Mehlman has joined the firm of Kimball, Tirey & St. John (KTS) as managing partner of the
Business and Real Estate Group located in Walnut Creek, California. Mr. Mehlman has more than 30
years of experience as a business and real estate attorney. Mr. Mehlman will continue to
emphasize real estate and business transactions and civil litigation. By joining KTS, a
well-established firm with multiple offices and a statewide presence, Mr. Mehlman will bring
the additional resources of a larger firm to assist clients with their real estate and business
needs and help them resolve problems.

the purchase or sale of assets or ownership interests of ongoing businesses.
In addition to avoiding problems by doing transactional documents correctly in the first place, Mr.
