Kimball, Tirey & St. John combines the tools of a collection agency with
the power of a law firm to help you obtain the best possible recovery. We have
recovered over $80 million for our clients to date. Under state and federal
law, a creditor may be held liable for the acts of its collection agent. When
you turn to KTS for your collection needs, you can rest assured that your case
will be handled in a manner that yields results yet reduces risk. In the
unlikely event that your case presents potential liability, our staff of
attorneys will counsel you accordingly. Generally, a collection agency can not
guarantee you this peace of mind.

Collections with and without judgments and/or filing a lawsuit |
Judgment Collection - After obtaining a judgment,
a wide variety of tools are available to collect the judgment involuntarily
from the debtor. Kimball, Tirey & St. John judgment collectors are experts
at locating and seizing assets from uncooperative debtors.
Non-Judgment Collection - Without a judgment,
creditors can not seize assets from debtors involuntarily. These collections
require special skills that have been mastered by Kimball, Tirey & St. John
non-judgment collectors. We utilize in-house skip-tracing, payment
negotiations, and the ability to place derogatory information in a debtor's
credit profile to elicit voluntary payments from debtors.
