Charles Scott was a partner with Barwick, Rutherford & Scott until late
2001, when Mr. Scott merged his practice with Kimball, Tirey & St. John. He
is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the
State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. He has over 20 years of
experience in all aspects of trust law and litigation.
