for all recruiting and hiring at the company. If your agency is interested in
establishing a relationship with Kimball, Tirey & St. John, we require that
you work directly with the Human Resources Department.
Presenting candidates to employees other than Human Resources is not
appropriate. Should you contact our employees, attorneys or managers, it will
be taken into consideration when establishing a relationship.
Kimball, Tirey & St. John does not accept unsolicited resumes from any
source other than directly from candidates. For the protection of all parties
involved in the recruiting process, resumes will only be accepted from
recruiters if a signed agreement is in place at the inception of the recruiting
effort and authorized for a specified position.
