addition of its newest associates, Michael Cody and Sherman Shew.
Mr. Cody is a graduate of the University San Diego School of Law. He formerly
practiced with Higgs, Fletcher & Mack representing physicians, hospitals,
medical groups and pharmaceutical manufacturers in multi-million dollar
professional negligence, elder abuse and product liability cases. His diverse
legal expertise also includes business litigation, ADA and disability
discrimination matters.
Mr. Shew is a graduate of Hastings College of Law earned his Master's degree in
Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Shew
has a long standing professional relationship with Kimball, Tirey & St.
John and an extensive background in Real Estate and Corporate Law.
