Each year, KTS offers a variety of courses on a variety of legal subjects, all designed to help
residential and commercial owners and managers comply with today’s complex landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.
Public Seminars
Everyone is welcome to participate in our public seminars offered throughout California in convenient
locations at very affordable rates. See our 2009 schedule for current seminars.
Online Trianing Courses (NEW IN 2009!)
KTS has partnered with PM-Etraining and VendOut to provide all management personnel with the
most up-to-date trainings available. Our most popular course, “The Fundamentals of Fair Housing”
can now be taken from the convenience of your own office. It is designed for 1) new hires,
2) as a refresher course for existing personnel, and 3) as a compliance training for companies
required to take training as part of a settlement agreement. Watch for additional courses,
pod casts and webinars coming later this year!
In-House Preventive Law Training
We also provide in-house landlord-tenant and fair housing preventive law
seminars tailored to the current needs and issues of our property management clients.
Our Community Speaking Schedule
We provide instructors for many apartment and real estate organizations
