1. We understand that KTS will comply with all applicable laws in the pursuit of our outstanding debt.

2. We understand that we must contact KTS if we have any communication with any debtor.

3. We understand should we be paid directly by the debtor, we will notify KTS immediately upon receipt and forward the payment to KTS.

4. We understand that if we withdraw files that are placed for collection with KTS, we will be responsible for any court or sheriff fees that have been expended.
