Disability is the basis for more discrimination complaints filed in
California and the US than any other protected class. No two situations are
alike, making it a challenge for management to handle them appropriately. This four-hour
seminar will focus exclusively on disability issues in all facets of the tenancy,
from advertising, leasing, accomodations/modifications, handling requests, determining
eligibility, ADA/accessibility, mental illness, support animals and much more. (Note:
This is not a substitute for basic fair housing training.)
