Fair Housing is the most complex, serious and costly issue for the
rental industry today. Every person on your staff has personal liability in a complaint and can
subject his or her supervisors, the management company and the owner to
potentially devastating settlements, awards and fines!
In an all new format, we'll explain your basic day-to-day fair housing responsibilities in
practical language so you can understand and apply that knowledge immediately. Our goal is to help your recognize and respond appropriately to the many situations you may face on your own
property.
We will be emphasizing disability issues, i.e. support animals, parking, behavior
problems due to mental disabilities, ADA v. fair housing, determining eligibility,
termination of tenancy issues and more.
Note: The Pleasanton and San Bernardino seminars are half-day only, "fundamentals"
sessions. Cost: $79/99 clients and $99/109 non-clients.
