What Your Maintenance Team Must Know About Fair Housing
(English and Spanish Classes!)
Cost:
Clients - $99     Early Bird Special:  $79
Non-Clients - $129     Early Bird Special:  $109

Early Bird Special: Save $20 if we receive payment at least five working days before the seminar date!

Your maintenance and support staff are vulnerable to fair housing violations even though they may not be aware of it. Now they have the opportunity to learn about the things they might say or do that can land them - and you - in serious hot water. They will also recieve a copy of our KTS Fair Housing Guide for Maintenance Personnel (English or Spanish).

Note: Many support personnel sit through fair housing trainings without understanding what they are hearing if their primary language is Spanish. Our afternoon Spanish sessions will help them grasp the importance of fair housing in their daily work.
