Patricia Ziegler-Lopez is a trial attorney with the Landlord/Tenant Practice Group in our Los Angeles office. Ms. Ziegler-Lopez practices unlawful detainer litigation. As a former public defender, Ms. Ziegler-Lopez has represented numerous clients in California courts. She worked as a felony preliminary hearing unit attorney and negotiated several serious felony cases to get her clients the best outcome without trial. Ms. Ziegler-Lopez also has secured case dismissals that were set for jury trial and secured favorable verdicts at the conclusion of jury trials. As a former prosecutor, Ms. Ziegler-Lopez was assigned to prosecute juvenile crimes which required zealous advocacy for minor victims of sex crimes.
