Joshua Stanley is a transactional attorney in our Business Real Estate Group based out of our San Diego office.  He handles landlord/tenant matters and has experience in probate and estate planning.

Prior to joining KTS, Josh worked for a small boutique law firm that focused primarily on real estate and business transactional law and litigation.  Before that, Josh worked for a Fortune 200 company negotiating with property owners and public officials to secure purchase of land for public utilities, initiating negotiations and land acquisitions, as well as conducting research and drafting legal documents.

Immediately following law school and passing the bar exam, Josh worked for many years as a solo practitioner. While working as a solo practitioner, much of his practice was dedicated to providing access to justice to low-income members of the community.  In pursuit of this goal, Josh volunteered at numerous free legal clinics in San Diego County and volunteered as an advisor in the San Diego Small Claims court system.   He also successfully defended a multimillion-dollar trust and trust beneficiary in a petition to declare trust invalid and negotiated numerous settlement agreements on behalf of his clients.
