We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our Los Angeles office is looking for a full-time Law Clerk to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will assist attorneys and other individuals with filing evictions.

Compensation:
$25.00-$32.00/hourly, DOE + Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal notices and letters
- Assist in case intake, reading and reviewing leases, legal forms and correspondence
- File management
- Contacting clients as needed to obtain missing case-related information
- Performing additional legal administrative duties as needed by the department
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Current law student in the process of obtaining J.D.
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Extensive data experience with a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable speaking with business professionals
- Self-starter who can succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and follow up with clients
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Legal Admin experience
- ProLaw experience
Schedule:
Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.
We currently offer a hybrid, in-office/remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
