We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for an Administrative Manager to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will support operations by supervising staff and implementing administrative systems for the Collection department to ensure the efficient and timely operation of the administrative work product and that clients are provided the highest level of service on a daily basis.

Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000/annually DOE
Responsibilities:
Employee Management:
- Monitor work production;
- Orchestrate the work and duties of staff as needed;
- Assess skill set and training gaps for each staff member;
- Assist with employee grievance resolution;
- Participate in the hiring, disciplinary, and termination process;
- Evaluate employee performance;
- Support employee time and attendance for the Collection department including addressing and resolving any conflicts or corrections;
- Approve leave and schedule changes
Administrative Management:
- Provide quality control and solutions to reoccurring problems;
- Maintain continuity among firm, department, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Interpret and enforce all company policies;
- Develop and implement policy and procedures and
- Update any existing processes as needed;
- Correspond with clients, court, and sheriff clerks;
- Database research.
Special Projects:
- Organize and coordinate information and requirements;
- Planning, arranging, and meeting schedules;
- Monitoring results.

The following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous rental housing industry experience

Schedule:
Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
