Marco A. Torres is a Senior Attorney in the Business Real Estate Group in San Diego. He brings more than two decades of experience in civil litigation and transactional matters, including real estate, bankruptcy and insolvency, tax issues, and family law litigation. His work reflects an understanding of how legal strategy aligns with business objectives and risk management.

Prior to joining Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP, Mr. Torres practiced as a solo attorney for over 17 years, where he maintained a diversified civil practice representing individuals and businesses in litigation and transactional matters. That experience provided him with a well-rounded foundation and a practical, results-oriented perspective, as well as insight into the operational and financial considerations clients face in complex matters.

Mr. Torres’s current practice focuses on real estate and business litigation, real estate transactions, and commercial unlawful detainers, where he represents property owners and business clients in lease enforcement, dispute resolution, and strategic planning.
