Abel Ortiz is the Managing Partner in the Irvine and Los Angeles office Business and Real Estate Group.  Mr. Ortiz specializes in real estate, business law, commercial unlawful detainer litigation and general civil litigation, representing real estate property owners and management companies in personal injury claims, habitability and toxic mold claims. He practices further in the area of bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, and defends discrimination claims made under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Unruh Civil Rights Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
