Ashley Hennessee joined Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP as an associate attorney in 2020, contributing over 10 years of experience representing lenders and creditors in real estate and default related litigation throughout California. She quickly distinguished herself as an exceptional and trusted advocate for landlords and was named a partner in the San Diego Landlord/Tenant Practice Group in 2026. Her strategic approach to complex legal matters, extensive litigation background, and dedication and commitment to the business goals of her clients has consistently delivered outstanding results while earning the respect of both clients and her peers. She currently handles discovery and motion practice for the firm’s residential Landlord/Tenant Practice Group.
