Brittany McClintick is an Associate Attorney with the Los Angeles Business Real Estate Group. Ms. McClintick is experienced in handling various issues arising from Los Angeles rent control and landlord/tenant issues. This includes guiding clients through negotiating and settling unique situations arising under L.A. rent control such as illegal units, relocation payments, “no fault” evictions, and tenant buy outs.
In addition to landlord/tenant matters, Ms. McClintick accumulated a wide range of practice experience prior to joining KTS, including: working as an employment law consultant, negotiating with the United Auto Workers Union, managing mass individual consumer arbitrations for violations of the Unruh Act, and personal injury.
Ms. McClintick completed her undergraduate degree in International Business at the University of La Verne. She obtained her Juris Doctor at the Whittier Law School, where she competed for both the Negotiation Honors Board and Trial Advocacy Board.
