Brittany McClintick is a Partner with the Los Angeles Business Real Estate Group. Ms. McClintick is experienced in handling employment law-related matters, contract disputes, and residential and commercial landlord/tenant issues.  She is also adept with the nuances of Los Angeles rent control. This includes guiding clients through negotiating and settling unique situations arising under L.A. rent control such as illegal units, relocation payments, “no fault” evictions, and tenant buy outs.

Ms. McClintick accumulated a wide range of practice experience prior to joining KTS, including: working as an employment law consultant, handling labor law matters in negotiations with the United Auto Workers Union, managing mass individual consumer arbitrations for violations of the Unruh Act, and personal injury.

Ms. McClintick completed her undergraduate degree in International Business at the University of La Verne. She obtained her Juris Doctor at the Whittier Law School, where she competed for both the Negotiation Honors Board and Trial Advocacy Board.
