Mr. Greer primarily represents property owners, landlords, and property management companies in a wide range of disputes, including lease agreement controversies, unlawful detainer actions, eviction proceedings, security deposit disputes, habitability claims, breach of contract matters, and other landlord/tenant issues.

Mr. Greer’s trial experience is complemented by his proficiency in appellate law. He has successfully handled appeals before the California Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, providing clients with legal representation at every level of the judicial system.
