Tyler Greer is a Partner in the Irvine office, where he manages the trial department and oversees litigation matters across Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. Mr. Greer specializes in landlord/tenant law and brings extensive experience in conducting trials and litigating complex disputes in both state and federal courts throughout California.
Mr. Greer primarily represents property owners, landlords, and property management companies in a wide range of disputes, including lease agreement controversies, unlawful detainer actions, eviction proceedings, security deposit disputes, habitability claims, breach of contract matters, and other landlord/tenant issues.
Mr. Greer’s trial experience is complemented by his proficiency in appellate law. He has successfully handled appeals before the California Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, providing clients with legal representation at every level of the judicial system. His dual expertise in trial and appellate advocacy enables him to craft strategic litigation approaches that anticipate potential appellate issues while aggressively pursuing favorable outcomes at the trial court level.
