Charles Billinger is a Trial Attorney in our San Diego office. He has extensive experience trying residential landlord/tenant and unlawful detainer cases in San Diego, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Los Angeles. Before joining KTS, Mr. Billinger worked and consulted for several real estate firms and ran a residential law practice, overseeing mortgage and foreclosure cases across the United States.

Mr. Billinger completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law.
