Gregory Kim is a Partner in the Los Angeles office Business and Real Estate Group. Mr. Kim has been a litigation attorney since 1996 with experience in a wide range of practice areas including real estate, landlord/tenant, personal injury, products liability and professional liability actions. His current practice focuses on representing large residential and commercial property owners and management companies in a broad array of matters including habitability disputes, breach of lease actions, wrongful eviction claims and personal injury actions involving significant damage claims. Mr. Kim has also defended products liability and toxic tort actions on behalf of manufacturing, industrial and commercial clients including automakers, aerospace and other Fortune 500 companies, as well as medical malpractice, long term care and related actions against hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and other health care providers.
