Michael Ketcham in an Associate Attorney with our Landlord/Tenant Law Practice Group in San Diego. Mr. Ketcham handles clients in landlord/tenant matters and unlawful detainers. His career began as a trial court staff attorney, where he gained invaluable experience conducting detailed legal research, performing legal analysis, and drafting appropriate orders, opinions, reports, and recommendations for the court’s signature. Most notably, Mr. Ketcham was personally selected by the chief judge to research, analyze, and draft all proposed orders on the admissibility of evidence in the high-profile case of State of Florida v. Casey Anthony.
Mr. Ketcham’s subsequent experience includes in-house legal work for both a publicly traded restaurant company and a registered investment advisor, where he gained experience working on commercial leases, corporate governance matters, NDAs, SEC filings, and various compliance matters.
