Sandra Adhami is the Senior Office Attorney in the San Diego office of Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP, bringing a career built on discipline, versatility, and a commitment to excellence across multiple professional disciplines.

Before entering the law, Sandra spent 15 years in management with a Fortune 500 consumer services corporation with worldwide operations— an experience that gave her a strong grounding in organizational leadership and operational strategy. During that time, she earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Public Administration attending night school while balancing demanding professional and personal responsibilities.

Sandra transitioned into the legal profession as a sole practitioner, building a broad civil practice covering landlord/tenant disputes, consumer law, code compliance, insurance bad faith, family law, and small claims. She brings 13 years of legal experience to her role at Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP, where her practice is focused on residential landlord/tenant matters, government-owned housing, post-foreclosure evictions, and subsidized housing.

Sandra is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a research focus on organizational effectiveness. This academic work complements her professional background and reflects her ongoing commitment to understanding and improving the environments in which legal professionals and their clients operate.
