Odelia Lalehzarian is an Associate Attorney in the Los Angeles office’s Landlord/Tenant Group. Prior to joining KTS, Ms. Lalehzarian was an associate handling insurance defense matters, including construction, employment liability, and insurance coverage. She also has criminal experience through interning at the District Attorney’s office on several major crime cases and from working for the Perlmutter Center for Legal Justice on high-profile criminal appeals.

Ms. Lalehzarian completed her undergraduate degree in Political Philosophy at Syracuse University, with a minor in Sociology and a second minor in Communications and Rhetorical Studies. She was also a part of the Renee Crown Honors Program, and the recipient of the Dynamic Leadership in Law Scholarship. She obtained her Juris Doctor at Cardozo School of Law; and while there, was the teaching assistant for Negotiation Theory and Skills.
