Position is full-time, Monday-Thursday; 8:30am-5:30pm; Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.


To effectively manage legal support staff to ensure efficient operations, compliance with firm policy and procedures and effective working relationships between staff and attorneys.

The Staff Supervisor will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective and efficient workflow to ensure client matters are handled timely and accurately. This includes review of internal and client facing reports, directing, and assisting in daily billing requirements and working with managing partner to create monthly and yearly goals.

Duties include maintaining the integrity of the departments’ data entry and serving as a backup as a “working supervisor.”

The Staff Supervisor will participate in monthly management team meetings and help evaluate office procedures, as well as recommend improvements.


  • Interpersonal communication skills including; exercising tact and diplomacy with individuals internally and externally and at all levels (of experience, an organization, etc.) to include attorneys, staff, courts, process servers, clients, etc.
  • Problem solving abilities – must be able to quickly assess issues for effective resolution both internally and externally
  • Staff management and supervision – includes hiring recommendations, counseling, grievance resolution, annual performance reviews, disciplinary and separation recommendations.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities – understands when to delegate, can assess skill set and training gaps of each staff member


The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
