Overview
To be eligible for a return, your printed book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please mail to: Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP, Attention Education Department, 7676 Hazard Center Drive, Suite 900, San Diego, CA 92108 within 14 days of receipt.
There are no returns for any of our electronic based sales such as eBooks, webinars, online courses and forms. We therefore suggest that you review the description prior to purchasing these items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
